Celsa Steel to build $67mln long steel rolling mill in Southern France

Celsa Steel will construct a €60-million ($67.3-million) long steel rolling mill alongside its steel billet mill in the Tarnos and Boucau municipalities in southwestern France near the Spanish border, it said on Monday June 17.
