Bootu Creek manganese ore production up 18% in June quarter

Australia’s Bootu Creek manganese project increased its output of manganese ore by 18% in the three months ended June 30, 2019, compared with the previous quarter, owner OM Holdings (OMH) announced on Monday July 29.

The project, located in Australia’s Northern Territory, produced 195,216 tonnes of manganese ore in the June quarter, up from 165,162 tonnes in the three months to the end of March, taking the 2019 total so far to 360,378 tonnes.
