NORTHERN EUROPE REBAR: Price widens downwards but November rises possible on scrap costs

The price range for steel rebar in the Northern European domestic market widened downward slightly this week on supply and demand pressures, but higher scrap costs could push rebar prices upward during November, sources told Fastmarkets on Wednesday October 23.
