DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Prices stabilise while market awaits next bookings

Turkish steel mills continued to stay away from the deep-sea scrap market on Thursday October 31, with market participants contemplating a possible change in direction in the coming weeks, sources told Fastmarkets.
