Fastmarkets’ weekly price assessment for
steel beams, domestic, delivered Northern Europe, was €530-560 ($584-617) per tonne on November 13, unchanged week on week.
International scrap prices, meanwhile, have continued to rise following a period of sustained decline in the summer, and mills have now responded to this by proposing price increases of €10-30 per tonne for H-beams.
