CHINA REBAR: Participants concerned about rising supply

China’s domestic rebar prices were flat on Friday November 29 amid only the mildest of upticks in the futures market, although participants continue to expect prices to drop over the next month in the eastern and southern regions of the country due to higher supply.

Eastern China (Shanghai): 4,010-4,040 yuan ($570-574) per tonne, unchanged
Northern China (Beijing): 3,780-3,820 yuan per tonne, unchanged
