CIS FLAT STEEL: Market slow on global quarantine

The export market for flat steel exports from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was almost muted during the week ended Monday March 16 while quarantine measures became tighter globally.

Fastmarkets’ weekly price assessment for steel hot-rolled coil, export, fob Black Sea, CIS was $455-460 per tonne on Monday, down by $10 per tonne from $465-470 per tonne a week before.
