Shake-up continues in Ferroglobe leadership

In the latest of multiple leadership changes within the past year at Ferroglobe, the struggling silicon producer said that two members of its board will step down.

“Two of the company’s seven non-executive directors, Messrs. Greger Hamilton and Donald Barger, have decided to step down from the board of directors,” London-based Ferroglobe said on Tuesday June 2. The two directors were on the board since its inception in December 2015.
