Four countries may face new US pipe duties
Steel pipe producers in the United States have filed a petition alleging that imports from the Czech Republic, South Korea, Russia and Ukraine are being sold at less than fair value, according to law firm Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg PA
The petition includes seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe. It also claimed that material from South Korea and Russia is benefiting from countervailable subsidies.
