Commerce reviewing US pipe import duties vs South Korea

As part of an expedited changed circumstances review, the United States Department of Commerce has announced in a preliminary determination its intention to revoke anti-dumping and countervailing duties applied to large-diameter welded pipe imports from South Korea.

The decision follows a June 11 request for a changed circumstances review from South Korean pipe producer SeAH Steel, according to a July 10 notice in the Federal Register.
