Lundin further cuts 2020 copper guidance on Candelaria issues

Lundin Mining has further cut its 2020 group copper production guidance due to ore hardness, operational issues and unplanned maintenance stoppages at its Candelaria mine in Chile.

The Toronto, Canada-headquartered company said that it now expects group copper in concentrate production to be 251,000-274,000 tonnes this year.
In April, Lundin cut its 2020 copper in concentrate guidance to 264,000-293,000 tonnes, down from a previously narrower guidance range of 272,000-296,000 tonnes.
