Administrator seeks investors for Jinwang Bismuth restructuring

The administrator in charge of managing the restructuring of Hunan Jinwang Bismuth is seeking investors to participate in the process, according to a notice filed on China’s National Enterprise Bankruptcy Information Disclosure Platform on Monday October 12.

This is the second time that DeHeng Law Offices, the administrator appointed by the Chenzhou Intermediate People’s Court in China’s Hunan province, is inviting prospective investors for assets of the former bismuth giant, which was ordered to enter into a restructuring process by the court in January due to a cash shortage.
The first invitation, made in July, failed to yield any satisfactory investing proposals.
