CHINA HRC: Russia competes with China in Vietnam HRC market

China’s hot-rolled coil exports could not compete with lower-priced HRC from Russia on Tuesday October 27, while prices in the Chinese domestic market remained unchanged.

A Shanghai-based trader said spot trading in the domestic market was largely stable while prices were also flat day on day, although futures prices gained.
