EU starts expiry review of anti-dumping measures on GOES products

The European Commission (EC) has initiated an expiry review of anti-dumping duties imposed on flat-rolled grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) from China, Japan, South Korea, Russia and the United States, it said on Friday October 30.

The measures currently in place, which specify minimum import prices for different types of GOES materials, are scheduled expire on November 15 this year.
Where imports are at a price equal to or above the established minimum import price, no duty will be levied.
