The duty will affect carbon and other alloy round and deformed bars in diameters up to 40mm, both cut-to-length and in coils, according to a notice
published in Ukrainian government newspaper Uryadovy Kurier on Wednesday November 25.
The duty is scheduled to be enforced seven days from the date of publication of the notice, meaning December 3.
