Indian secondary billet prices down $18 per tonne in a week

The Indian domestic secondary billet market price fell by 1,300 rupees ($18) per tonne over the week to January 15 following a bigger fall in prices of finished products such as rebar and a consequent drop in inquiries and cautious buying from billet users, sources said.
