JSW Steel's iron ore mines in Odisha ramp up to 100,000 tonnes per day

JSW Steel - the flagship company of the JSW Group - has reported a daily output of 100,000 tonnes of iron ore from its newly acquired mines in the Indian state of Odisha, according to local media.

The Indian steelmaker acquired the four iron ore mines - Narayanposi, Ganua, Nuagaon and Jajang - in Odisha, with iron ore reserves of around 1.13 billion tonnes, in February 2019, according to the report.
