NORTHERN EUROPE REBAR: Markets flat but sentiment upbeat

Northern European rebar market was quiet in a week to Wednesday February 24 with prices broadly stable, sources told Fastmarkets.

Although customers were cautious to make large bookings on expectations that prices would fall in line with European scrap price declines in February, producers were firm on their price offerings.
