Fastmarkets assessed the price for
ferro-titanium 70% Ti, max 4.5% Al, ddp Europe at $7.70-8.20 per kg on Wednesday March 3 from $7.90-8.20 per kg the week before. Trade sources reported hearing offer prices as low as $7.50 per kg, but there were no confirmed deals.
One central European producer reported offering standard grade ferro-titanium at $7.50-8.00 per kg ddp for both prompt and second-quarter delivery demand.
