Buying activity in Poland’s rebar market became quiet this week after a series of bookings were made in the week before.
Additionally, ArcelorMittal announced a €30-40 ($36-48)-per-tonne increase for long steel prices across the EU with an immediate effect on March 2.
Polish buyers, however, were skeptical about the move and said they thought prices are already pretty high.
