LIVE FUTURES REPORT 30/03: LME lead price up the most with 0.7% gain

London Metal Exchange futures prices were mixed this morning, with tin, lead and nickel posting small gains and the rest of metals falling slightly below their Monday prices on Tuesday March 30 morning, with broader markets acting as headwinds.

LME lead made the biggest gains on Tuesday morning of 0.7% to $1,970 per tonne, from a Monday price of $1,956.50 per tonne, when it was the only metal to close higher at 5pm.  "Lead remains underpinned by dip-buying support but we require a close above $2,002 per tonne to confirm an attempt at higher prices and avoid a deeper reversal toward $1,850 per tonne, where resistance was seen in mid-October 2020," Fastmarkets analyst James Moore said.  As of Tuesday morning, the metal is headed for a 5% decline compared to the start...
