GLOBAL MANGANESE SNAPSHOT: Low-grade ore prices stay high on strong demand

Seaborne low-grade manganese ore prices continued to rise after suppliers successfully concluded sales at higher prices amid strong buying interest. Buyers said they had expected a price uptick due to rising production costs caused by the appreciation of the South African rand and expensive freight rates.
