Thyssenkrupp sells mining business to FLSmidth for $384 mln

Industrial group Thyssenkrupp has agreed the sale of its mining business to Danish engineering company FLSmidth, the German company said on Thursday July 29.

The deal was agreed at a price of €325 million ($384 million). It was expected to be finalized within 12 months, but it could be subject to approval by trade and business authorities.
