Fastmarkets’ assessment of the lithium carbonate 99.5% Li2CO3 min, battery grade, spot price range, ex-works domestic China
was 120,000-130,000 yuan ($18,575-20,123) per tonne on Thursday, up by 12,500-17,500 yuan per tonne (13.6%) from 107,500-112,500 yuan per tonne a week earlier.
This marks the strongest week-on-week gain since Fastmarkets launched the price assessment in October 2017.
