Drop in CIS export HRC price pauses on softer competition

The falling trend in the price of hot-rolled coil exports from the Commonwealth of Independent States paused in the week to Monday November 22, reflecting increased stability in the prices of Chinese material and subdued activity among Russian suppliers.
