Seaborne coking coal fob prices down sharply, with mills seeking to resell cargoes

Seaborne coking coal prices in the fob market dropped sharply on Tuesday November 23, after a deal was sealed at a lower price and due to concerns over falling steel prices and the decline in cfr prices, sources said.
