LME base metals prices fall; nickel hit hardest, down by 6.8%

Base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange were down across the board by the 5pm close on Monday January 24 amid growing political tensions between Russia and Ukraine and focus also on the forthcoming United States Federal Reserve meeting on Wednesday.
