Gerdau plans 10.75% cut in CO2 emissions by 2031

Brazil-based steelmaker Gerdau intends to reduce the volume of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions in its operations to 0.83 tonnes of CO2 per tonne of steel produced by 2031, it said on Tuesday February 1.
