Ford to step up EV production in Europe

Ford Motor Company is to convert a facility in Cologne, Germany, to produce electric vehicles (EVs) from next year and has chosen a site in Valencia, Spain, to assemble breakthrough electric and connected vehicles beginning later this decade, the company said in an announcement on Wednesday June 22.
