The China Smelters Purchase Team (CSPT) has set its price floor for copper concentrates for the first quarter of 2017 at $90 per tonne and 9 cents per lb, down 14% from the fourth quarter of 2016, sources familiar with the matter told Metal Bulletin on Friday December 30.
